Malik Nadal Hassan who has killed eight people at the Fort Hood army base which is the world’s largest army base with a capacity of 55000 personals to accommodate, used the notorious weapon named FN5.7. Malik Nadal Hassan has also given injuries to twenty two other people at the army base as well. This notorious pistol is of 5.7 millimeter and it has also got a special version of it which can hit through the armor as well. This pistol is sold only to the authorized people most likely the people belonging to the military. This pistol was going to be banned in the year 2005 but some how the all the efforts got failed and this notorious pistol has got its existence even today.

Malik Nadal Hassan bought this pistol a couple months before as it is reported, and he used this weapon to kill his fellow companions at the Texas Fort Hood army base and in doing so he had the assistance of one of his companion. In this incident eight people died and twenty two got injured who were suddenly sent to a near by medical centre where they were given immediate treatment by professional doctors and surgeons.
