Marlee Matlin

Marlee Matlin is the American actress who is deaf. She is deaf since she was of 18 months. She ever makes her deficiency for the reason of her failure. Marlee, even she is deaf but delivered such a nice work that she was the youngest actress who was awarded with the Academy award for the best actress in a leading role. She was only 21 year when she was awarded with this precious award.

Marlee was born in Morton Grove; Illusion, a Jewish home, she parents belongs to the automobile business. She was born in 1965. She lose her hearing due to the Roseola, is a disease which occurs in the shape of fever in which the rose color chicken pox are appeared. She was graduated from the John Hersay High School.

Marlee was so only seven year old when she performed in the child theater. She continued to work with the group of the child theater in her childhood. Marlee is one of them who were awarded the Oscar award on her first performance in the film industry. She was awarded this precious award on working in the “Children of Lesser God”.

Marlee also works for the television and earns a great fame. Marlee works as a leading female role in the drama serial “Reasonable Doubts” and for her great appearance in that serial she was nominated for the Golden Globe award. She was also nominated for the Emmy award for her guest appearance in the serial Picket Fences.

Marlee also works with the organizations, which work for the defected children. Marlee married with the Burbank who is the police officer.
